Actually works
I use this app in conjunction with a Epsom salt bath five times a week. I have two small kids and a day job that keeps me glued to my computer. At night, Im an author of romance novels and I find it hard to separate the day to day BS from my writers brain. (Im very easily distracted.)
Ive been doing this for about a month now, taking a nice Epsom salt soak and then meditating and it actually helps IMMENSELY. I feel more relaxed, focused, and am able to get sh*t done in a more effective way once Ive meditated. Best $1.99 app Ive purchased.
