I do this daily, morning and evening (if not in between clients at work); and its extremely calming and helpful.
I asked for the maker to develop this app last year and had forgotten about it since I couldnt keep up finding it on the web repeatedly. Now bliss is just an app away. Good for your laugh yoga too. Hope Im never able to do the silence thing with this one!
I just finished the best meditation of my life. As I chanted "f*ck that" over and over again in my mind I was able to let go the thoughts of anger and hurt that my nannyf*cker of a husband and his cheap nasty home-wrecking ho have reaped up on me. Pay the money. Peace is priceless.
This is one of the best meditations Ive found. It speaks to me in my own language and makes me feel incredibly calm in the end. Highly recommended!
Not only is this reliably able to make me cry with laughter, every time, but it has the magical effect of actually giving me the calm, happy feeling afterwards that real meditation is supposed to provide. Worth every penny.

I use this app in conjunction with a Epsom salt bath five times a week. I have two small kids and a day job that keeps me glued to my computer. At night, Im an author of romance novels and I find it hard to separate the day to day BS from my writers brain. (Im very easily distracted.) Ive been doing this for about a month now, taking a nice Epsom salt soak and then meditating and it actually helps IMMENSELY. I feel more relaxed, focused, and am able to get sh*t done in a more effective way once Ive meditated. Best $1.99 app Ive purchased.
You will chuckle at the YouTube video. But when your brain sees the truth in message, you will give it a try. If youre a nurse...this is for you. Now I use the 15 min version on the app on my way home from work. Im driving less aggressively, my BP is down, and Im even more pleasant at work. I am NOT being sarcastic or trying my hand at humor. If you want a way to acknowledge the reality of your life/job/whatever, and still find a way to let it go, you could do no better than this app.

Its real, its calming, its funny, and it actually does help tremendously. When I get stressed this meditation pops up in my mind and I cant help but smile, and stop caring about all the garbage of the world.
This app is awesome! The meditation guide’s voice is surprisingly soothing yet I laughed the entire way through the 2 minute meditation. Relaxed and laughing…there are few other things that produce that affect (and even fewer that you can do in public). Well done and thanks!!

All my life, I hated on meditation. I cant tell if it was because Im from the East Coast or because I cant deal with crystals/chakras/sacred vibrations, but for whatever reason, I was always like, "thats is not for me." But recently, I started reading about the health benefits of meditation, and study after scientific study shows that there are huge benefits. These meditations are the only ones that have worked for me, and theyve worked wonders! Im a calmer and happier person for it. Theyre funny and extremely calming at the same time. This app has really improved the quality of my life!

I love everything about this app. The only thing that would make it better is if they added an option to play the meditation on loop. I would happily pay more money for half-hour and hour-long versions too. Hahaha.

I honestly cannot sit through most meditations, they seem too fake or woo-woo... but with honest meditation by Jason Headley I can. When Im stressed I just pop on a 5 or 10 minute selection and let the bull from the world fade away... Worth every penny!
But this mediation works for me. What he basically sums up your emotions in a calm and cool collective way.
