This is for real!
You will chuckle at the YouTube video. But when your brain sees the truth in message, you will give it a try. If youre a nurse...this is for you. Now I use the 15 min version on the app on my way home from work. Im driving less aggressively, my BP is down, and Im even more pleasant at work. I am NOT being sarcastic or trying my hand at humor. If you want a way to acknowledge the reality of your life/job/whatever, and still find a way to let it go, you could do no better than this app.
